My new CX-5 will hopefully be just as good and memorable as our first two Mazdas, it certainly seems to have all the bells and whistles we were looking for. We experienced very attentive and personable sales service. All plus points there. And final price negotiations were pleasant and reasonable. The dealership does get some negative points however on the actual transaction side. The effort - all cash with a fully paid for trade-in car - took way too long. There were no snacks to help ease hunger during the long process that went way past lunch time. So, not to end on a down note - it was a generally positive experience, just overly time-consuming. Great Experience I spent the whole week shopping for vehicles. This was the first place I went to and the last place I ended up.
