It all started with the first person I spoke with, Rachel, who was very warm and pleasant and gave me a very favorable first impression of the dealership. She kept me informed of the status of the used vehicle I was interested in before I made the 2 hour drive to the dealership. Upon arrival, the vehicle was ready for inspection and test drive. Next step was appraisal of my trade-in vehicle, and the dealership and I reached an acceptable trade allowance in about 20 minutes. Next step was doing the purchase paperwork with Louis Safdie and we were on our way! One of the easiest and best car buying experiences I've ever had.
