She kept me informed of the status of the used vehicle I was interested in before I made the 2 hour drive to the dealership. Upon arrival, the vehicle was ready for inspection and test drive. Next step was appraisal of my trade-in vehicle, and the dealership and I reached an acceptable trade allowance in about 20 minutes. Next step was doing the purchase paperwork with Louis Safdie and we were on our way! One of the easiest and best car buying experiences I've ever had. The car we came specifically to see was being test driven by others so while we waited, our sales associate Elijah showed us other cars in our price range. We ended up purchasing a car just traded in that wasn't screen listed yet due to the dealership's efforts in finding us the right car. We love this car so much better than the one we came to originally see! Elijah was very professional, friendly and went over and above to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We loved the electronic forms signing procedure. The dealership is under renovation but it looks like it will be a high-tech innovative dealership when it's completed! We appreciated that the staff did not give that high-pressure sales tactics energy. Strongly recommend this dealership! More
