They are straightforward, professional and easy to deal with. They gave me a good deal and very good customer experience to boot. Phil Alvim took care of me and knows the products inside and out, He also knows the competitive products but has a professional way in contrasting them. Louie Sadie handled the financing and lease paperwork very efficiently! All in all, Mazda of Roswell treated me very well and as a genuinely valued customer. I HATE buying or leasing cars, but have to say that I would give Mazda of Roswell very high marks across the board based on my experience. In fact, when my wife's Mazda CX-5s lease is up in a year, I will be calling Phil in search of another awesome car-buying experience!!! More

Jim was very friendly, and treated me great, He was eager to help and offer his knowledge. He was not pressuring at all and listened to and answered any questions I had. Fast, efficient and friendly service. I took my Miata for initial oil change service - I had made an appointment so I immediately noticed my name and type of service on a large monitor. I was greeted by Stephanie who quickly explained everything and checked me in. The facility is undergoing refurbishment, so the waiting area was pretty basic (though it will be better after the redecorating is completed), but was still OK. The wait time was minimal and the car was quickly completed. Stephanie once again explained what had been done and I was on my way. Overall an efficient and simple process. More
Poor customer service If I could give 0 Stars I would. Contacted them via email regarding a vehicle on their website, should have checked the Yelp reviews first. I made an offer that I considered fair but was a bit below the listed price. The sales person Chris responded via text as I had requested. Asked if my trade in would be used in getting to the price I had offered, I responded that I would like to be starting at the offered price and then whatever my trade was valued at. They responded that after speaking with the owner they were firm on the asking price listed online. I then responded that I appreciated the consideration and if my offer seemed more attractive in the near future to feel free to contact me. At this point Chris responds with "Of course, it may take a few years but we will reach back out to you." When told that being rude to potential customers was bad business practice by this insinuation that my offer (which was not far from fair market value for the vehicle that has been sitting on their lot for 228+ days) was completely unreasonable. They responded that it was just a mild joke. I would have understood if they simply said that it was an offer they could not consider and if they reconsidered they would get back to me, but the snide remark left a horribly poor impression. I would never do business with such a place, I would hope that others read this and the many other heavily negative reviews (see their Yelp) and be warned off from doing business with them. More

Our family This is our 3rd purchase from this dealership over 3 decades. I am a girl who knows what she likes and most assuredly what she does not. Our family is driven by performance. We owned a 2009 CX9 for 6 years. When we decided to change it up we went with 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. It was a beautiful SUV but it drove like a box van on styrofoam. Horrid. So when I could not take it anymore my research led me back to the CX9. Mazda has really stepped up the luxury aspect among other features. If the 4 heated seats had not be added to their line up then maybe it would not have been my choice. However the 4 Cyl turbo really impressed me beyond my expectations. I had a 4 Cyl Mustang 86' and it would not get out of its own way on a downhill slippery sloap. This car performs, handles and has safety abound. Chris Bourlakis greeted me straight away, he listened to me earnestly and he knew the features backwards and forwards. We had a great extended test drive and I was ready to make the purchase. I chose the Soul Red Crystal Metalic AWD Grand Touring. Every aspect with Chris, Aaron, & Anthony made our experience pleasant, informative and easy. The car was pristen and all my very nit picky demands were met. Thank you for the all-weather mats BTW! I can't tell you enough how great it is to have a sales person be genuine about the product they represent. Purchasing a car should be all of the above.
