Best car shopping experience by far! I was in the market for a family crossover SUV for quite a while. To begin with, the hardest part of one's car shopping process initially is knowing e I was in the market for a family crossover SUV for quite a while. To begin with, the hardest part of one's car shopping process initially is knowing exactly what you need in terms of type of vehicle and budget..and sticking to that plan. With 2 or 3 options in mind, I looked at the Mazda CX-5 after strong recommendations from friend and family. Then came the step of comparing between all the dealers in my metro area to see who had the best deal for last year's models still in unsold new inventory. By creating this bidding war, as a consumer you know which dealer will give you the best value for your business. At Mazda of Roswell, I must admit, starting with Julia the online agent, Eric my salesman and Aaron the sales manager I had the best experience by far in terms of service, professionalism, product knowledge, and everything else from start to finish with the car buying experience. Eric my Salesman was patient, courteous and covered every aspect of the vehicle that I needed to know. Job well done!! More

They are straightforward, professional and easy to deal with. They gave me a good deal and very good customer experience to boot. Phil Alvim took care of me and knows the products inside and out, He also knows the competitive products but has a professional way in contrasting them. Louie Sadie handled the financing and lease paperwork very efficiently! All in all, Mazda of Roswell treated me very well and as a genuinely valued customer. I HATE buying or leasing cars, but have to say that I would give Mazda of Roswell very high marks across the board based on my experience. In fact, when my wife's Mazda CX-5s lease is up in a year, I will be calling Phil in search of another awesome car-buying experience!!! More
