The BEST Customer Experience ever! I have purchased 3 new vehicles in the last two years. I rarely keep a car long enough to need new tires, the last one never had it’s first oil chang I have purchased 3 new vehicles in the last two years. I rarely keep a car long enough to need new tires, the last one never had it’s first oil change. This is how my experience evolved after my online inquiry. Julia called and she was so polite, and extremely friendly. She immediately found a common link between us, based on where I lived and started up a conversation. She took care of all the arrangements and I had an appointment for my visit to the dealership. She texted to let me know who I would be meeting when I arrived, DeAnthony. Due to Friday afternoon traffic, I was running a little late so I called and Julia told me she would let him know. When I got there, I was greeted by a gentleman at the service entrance (the showroom area is under construction), and he took me to DeAnthony. He was with another customer so he immediately introduced me to Chris Bourlakis. That’s where the awesome experience began. We talked for a few minutes and he said let’s go see what you made this trip for. We walked outside and the car was sitting there, showroom ready! He immediately started telling me about all the safety features on the outside of the vehicle, because he knew I was buying it for my wife. Before we drove the car he wanted to show me all the bells and whistles. I’m a car guy, but this guy knows his stuff. He could answer every tech question I could throw at him, I was amazed. I wasn’t sure which interior color would be best so he said, I’ll be right back. He got the keys to another vehicle and said let’s drive this one to our satellite lot and you can see them right beside each other. On the way there he was explaining all the options on the vehicle. You could hear the excitement in his voice, you can tell when someone believes in a product, (not just reading off an options list). I think he literally knew every detail of the vehicle. He let me look at both vehicles as long as I wanted to. I ended up changing interior colors, I’m glad he went out of his way to show me the other one. When we got back to the dealership, he looked at my vehicle for a few minutes and then we went back inside. I met the sales manager, the finance manager and other associates while completing the paperwork. One lady walked by and asked, are you Paul? I said yes, and she introduced herself, “I’m Julia”, and talked for a while. Also, while I was sitting there, several people walked by and said hello or made a complement on the new car I was purchasing. Also, there was no high-pressure on purchasing other add on items. The sales manager went over all the products with me and I selected the best one for my purposes. Chris made sure the car was ready, and went over a few more questions I had before I left. He gave me his cell number and said to call if I had any questions. I called him on the way home, he answered immediately. I had a question, he had the answer, (which he had explained earlier). I called again about something I left at the dealership, again he answered the phone right away. He then texted a picture of the item so I would know he had it. He also said he would schedule, at our convenience, a day for my wife to come to the dealership and go through full hands-on training.
