Poor customer service I purchased a SUV on the 17Nov, as of today 05Jan,18 if have YET to receive my plates and, my temporary plates have expired! This is due to the financ I purchased a SUV on the 17Nov, as of today 05Jan,18 if have YET to receive my plates and, my temporary plates have expired! This is due to the finance dept misspelling of my First name! I was never notified about the error, nor did they contact me to inform me that papers were sent for the correction! I received papers via FedEx, but assumed they were copies for my files. I spoke with a Rep at the dealership and he told me that the delay was due to the "holiday" and that I could not request a second temp. I would not recommend this dealership due to their poor service and incompetence!!!! More

Horrible experience I was interested in leasing a new car and purchasing it when the lease was up. I was quoted a price to purchase the car, and even though this dealersh I was interested in leasing a new car and purchasing it when the lease was up. I was quoted a price to purchase the car, and even though this dealership took hours and hours to deal with, the price worked for my budget so I went to continue with the purchase. After confirming several times, in text and in writing the cost it would be to purchase the car after the lease, I go to sign the contract and the price to purchase the car is thousands of dollars higher. I point it out to the manager who is helping us with this purchase, and his excuse is "I had nothing to do with this, all I can do is apologize". Since this was their mistake and they had given me the incorrect number many times over a several-day period, I asked if they could move on the price at all to make up for their mistake. They were unwilling to help and did not seem sincerely sorry, as they kept saying they were. The seemed anxious for us to leave since it was about the time they were getting ready to close for the day. They did not do anything to accommodate me and were not willing to work with me, so I took my business elsewhere. I was very unhappy with the level of customer service I received and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I am not sure how they have such high reviews on here, considering their Yelp and Google reviews are significantly lower. More

Easiest Car Buying Experience I have ever had I initially requested information about a specific car online and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from Pamela Biggs who made an appointment I initially requested information about a specific car online and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from Pamela Biggs who made an appointment for me to come in for a test drive. When I arrived, I was greeted by Christopher Bourlakis who ended up being my sales person. He was awesome to work with, he made sure to go over all the features on the vehicle before we even left the lot for the test drive. I was impressed by his knowledge about the new CX-5 model. Lastly my experience with Louis Safdie in Finance was exceptional. The level of customer service across the board at Mazda of Roswell is the best I have experienced in a very long time! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. More
