Hi Mazda of Roswell. While I appreciate your apology, when people mess up they usually do something to try and fix it. I understand the variance was too high to absorb the cost, but you were not willing to budge at all on the cost of the residual value, matter how little. This is why we had to go to corporate as well as write this negative review, and luckily I was able to find another dealership who was able to work with me.
