When I arrived, I was greeted by Christopher Bourlakis who ended up being my sales person. He was awesome to work with, he made sure to go over all the features on the vehicle before we even left the lot for the test drive. I was impressed by his knowledge about the new CX-5 model. Lastly my experience with Louis Safdie in Finance was exceptional. The level of customer service across the board at Mazda of Roswell is the best I have experienced in a very long time! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. More

I was so grateful that my son and I made our visit to the location-arriving almost near closing-The sales manager Aaron GIllison Jr. and the sales rep I was so grateful that my son and I made our visit to the location-arriving almost near closing-The sales manager Aaron GIllison Jr. and the sales representative Phillip Alvim made us feel so welcome, as they assisted with our initial inquiry questions and final purchase selection. We were able to get all our paperwork in and they started the process immediately to get my son into his first purchase car with no co-signer! I was most impressed with the fact that after explaining my ideal scenario that would fit best for my son-they not only met these specifics, but they exceeded our expectations-with no haggling or back and forth negotiations. It was one of the shortest transactions of car purchase from paperwork to keys in hands that I can recall.
