Great Service I had been taking my car to the Dealer I purchased it from. They were not quite as accurate when it came to measuring tire tread and brake lining. The paperwork from the last visit showed that my brakes were in the yellow zone, so I made an appointment to have them replaced. My appointment was cancelled because of the snow storm, so when I called to reschedule they gave me an appointment very late in the day, so I declined. I paid a visit to Mazda of Roswell which is on my way home from work to schedule an appointment. They said they could take my car in right away. WOW. never expected that. (Divine Intervention). After they checked it out they told me I did not need new brakes, I still had ~10,000 miles of driving left, all I needed was a brake flush. Thank you Stephanie Johnson and Mazda of Roswell for your complete honesty, integrity and excellent customer service. You have a new customer. I am tempted to mention the name of that other dealership, but will refrain from that type of bad press. The only purchase that does, is number 82, which is the 2017 Miata I purchased a few days before buying this 6 for my wife's birthday. That should tell you how knowledgeable, professional, and respectful I found Aaron in the pre-purchase, purchase, and delivery process. I'm a terrible customer because I'm a professional service executive that leverages my only talent of speech to earn a living. So I'm unreasonably harsh in my judgement of salespeople. That should convey to you how powerful this rating and recommendation truly is of the Roswell team. Lastly, the financing of both vehicles was a slam dunk! Basil is one of the funniest and laid back finance guys I have ever encountered. No hard sell but he helps you think through the need, if any for the extra stuff. For my 16 year old I purchased the extended warrantee to save him money post-high school. For my wife, I purchased GAP (We actually needed it in the past) and a warrantee since she keeps her cars until they die. If I die I need to know I protected their financial risk as much as possible. I look at these warrantees like insurance against the possible. I state this with full confidence, you ask for Aaron and you will not go wrong! He knows his product! More

He worked with us patiently as we looked at several models before deciding on the Mazda3 G our salesman, Terry Pittman was the ultimate professional. He worked with us patiently as we looked at several models before deciding on the Mazda3 Grand Touring. There was no pressure to buy at all. Our finance person, Louis Safdie was also very professional. He did not try to upsell anything...although we decided to get the 120 month/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and 3 year all maintenance package. This car was to replace a vehicle I totaled the day before. This has been the best dealership experience I have had. And I love my Mazda3! More
