The folks there were very accommodating, working with me according to my process instead of trying to force theirs on me. My wife and I leased a new Mazda CX-5 and absolutely love it! It's been well publicized that Mazda aims to position themselves as a "premium" brand, a cut above the competition. And it shows in every aspect of the vehicle from handsome styling and luxurious interior appointments and exceptional handling that rival BMW, Audi, and Mercedes, to the dizzying array of technology and thoughtful engineering. But it goes deeper than that. Mazda of Roswell and the people that represent them are also premium! From our sales rep DeAnthony Mitchell to his sale manager Aaron Gillison to the finance manager Louis Safide, everyone we worked with at the dealership were a pleasure to do business with. No high pressure tactics; no hours of feeling trapped; none of the sense that I'd rather be anywhere else, doing anything else that has all too often been the case in past purchases at other dealerships. We were made to feel welcome and treated as though we were joining the Mazda family instead of simply rubes to be taken advantage of. I simply can't say enough good things about the Mazda brand and the fine people at Mazda of Roswell. Mazda says "Diving Matters" and their products certainly live up to that. My Miata is back in tip-top shape, and the Full Circle Inspection gave me a heads up on what maintenance and services I need to plan to take care of in the near future. The only down side is that now I'm hankering for a Mazda 6 after driving one as a courtesy car - very sly Mazda of Roswell! More

Phillip my sales person was very thorough and got me in and out in around 3 hours. That's the fastest time I've ever had at a dealership. No high pressure sales and the closing with Basil was the best part. His desk is a big computer screen and you sign all your documents there, NO PAPER!! It was like some futuristic movie. You have to buy a car just so you get a chance to sign the desk, LOL. They had a great price on the Mazda 3S Grand Touring I was looking for and also gave me a great price on my trade in. Great car, great sales team and they valued my time. Thanks Roswell Mazda, excellent job!! More
