However, I have rated the dealership 4 out of 5 stars because the sale and subsequent service of our vehicle took a long time to complete. We spent almost 4 hours completing the sale of our 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 Touring despite knowing which vehicle we wanted after 45 minutes and agreeing on the price after 1 hour. The last hour and a half of the sale was spent waiting in the lobby for the vehicle to be detailed, but the service department forgot to dust the plastic wheel wells in the trunk and thoroughly clean the center console of sticky substances. Also, when we brought the car back to the dealer the next day to have roof rails installed, it took the service department almost three hours. There was a small mix-up when I originally told Stephanie what time we would bring in the car, so perhaps it took a lot longer because of that miscommunication. However, I could have just installed the rails myself in about 20 minutes for free! More
