I hate the whole car buying process to tbh. I feel it favors those that are good at negotiation and stresses out everyone else. I worked with Anthony at first over the phone and email it was fine. When I came in I worked with Greg and he was amazing. He was very patient and thorough with explaining everything and making sure I understood the car. So one complaint I have. I had negotiated having the CPO; mostly for the extended warranty which I was told was a great warranty. Not sure how much it added to the price. My issue is that when I go in to get financing,I'm presented with options to buy more extended warranties and told the CPO warranty doesn't cover "bumper to bumper", even though I was told it does and that their extended warranty really does cover "everything". So why was I sold the CPO? Why is it relevant if I'm sold something even better later on in the process? I'm hoping I'm just missing the benefit of the CPO. I get that it's a business and they want to make money, doesn't mean I'm have to like it... End of the day I would still recommend Mazda of Roswell and have them ask for Greg. I should also add, I did contact other dealerships and based on my initial conversations over the phone and their poor communication I wasn't interested in giving them my business. More
