Terrible Customer Service sales and service Purchased a used car from Mazda of Roswell. Sales team and manager was in a rush for first visit and acted like we were bothering them by being there, Purchased a used car from Mazda of Roswell. Sales team and manager was in a rush for first visit and acted like we were bothering them by being there, found a car then total pressure put on us to buy it then. They allowed us to take it to a trusted mechanic and found out it had AC issues and tire sensor issues. Offered to still buy the vehicle if they fixed these issues. They agreed. Made a 5pm appointment the next day to come purchase vehicle, took off work early and picked up my daughter from school, she was so excited. Got there and our sales guy left for his lunch break, we waited over an hour. Then he showed up and made small talk, was nervous and said they fixed the issues. They could not supply us with a temporary tag for two days due to title issues. My daughter could not drive her new car. They said the repairs to AC and tire sensor was fixed but dashboard lights said different but they said the lights would eventually go off. They did not. Took car back to my mechanic and they said nothing was replaced or fixed. So customers be aware before buying or getting car serviced at this location. Not trustworthy and terrible customer service. More

These guys really went to bat for me, made me feel comfortable with my purchase, answered all of my questions and NEVER PRESSURED ME. This was huge for me. They made me feel at home and like I have people in my corner who I can go to if I ever have issues with my car. Very up front, honest and kind people. They took the time to get to know me, get to know what I was looking for and what I want out of a car. Helpful, Professional Sales Team I had been researching the Mazda 3 for several months, and I decided to contact Mazda of Roswell (MoR) to discuss pricing and arrange for a test drive I had been researching the Mazda 3 for several months, and I decided to contact Mazda of Roswell (MoR) to discuss pricing and arrange for a test drive. My initial contact via the internet was with Julia Blalock who was very attentive. She answered my questions right away regarding MoR’s current inventory, and I scheduled an appointment to visit the showroom the following day. When I arrived, Julia introduced me to Phillip Sauder who took me on test drives of two different Mazda 3 hatchback models. Phillip's manner was very laid back and amenable. While he was new to the Mazda product line, he explained the features of the cars that I test drove. If he did not know the answer to a question, I told me that he did not know and followed up to get the answer for me. I appreciated his honesty, candor, and that he took the time to give me the correct information. He also did a good job in following up with me after the sale. There were a few tense moments in the price negotiation with the Sales Manager, Anthony Farber becoming involved. I set a budget for the new car purchase, and it was not my intent to get the car for a deeply discounted price. However, I wanted to pay a fair price for the car and stay within my budget. Anthony was courteous and professional with the price negation and worked to help me attain my goal. Ultimately, we came to an agreement on the price after receiving approval from the General Manager, Ed, who was most personable and genuinely appreciative of my repeat business (This was my second Mazda purchase from MoR and my third Mazda auto purchase). Before visiting the MoR showroom, I arranged my auto loan with the lender that I used for my last car purchase. While Mazda was offering a lucrative financing deal, I elected to remain with my lender. The Finance Manager, Louis Safdie, seemed to struggle with my decision to stay with my lender. However, Louis was knowledgeable and processed the necessary paperwork efficiently. Although it felt odd to leave the dealership without a stack of papers, I liked the electronic documentation signing tool and paperless approach. The car buying continuum has many components for the buyer – identifying the right car, negotiating the purchase price, arranging for payment, and optionally purchasing an extended warranty, a post-sale maintenance package, or other dealer offered service.
