Midnight hour experience!!! I recently filed bankruptcy, of course my credit was poor.. I received a call from Sherita Brown, she was very understanding of my situation... In other words, she treated me like I had a perfect Credit score. She introduced me to Mr. Ruben Taylor. This guy turned into my ride or die..lol.At one point during the process, it wasn't going to work... I still gave him kudos for his excellent customer service. However I had another option, and things worked out perfect. I can truly say this from my heart....If i wasn't able to purchase a vehicle there, I still would have given Sherita and Ruben five star's. They're down to earth people...and I like that. Just purchased a new CX-5 I just purchased a new CX-5 from Roswell. The whole purchase process went through very smoothly. I first got in touch with Julia and then was referred I just purchased a new CX-5 from Roswell. The whole purchase process went through very smoothly. After doing some research using internet, I visited the dealer with numbers in my mind, although later I found I did over-evaluate my trade-in car. Deanthony was able to beat the lowest price I got from other dealers. In that afternoon, I also went to another dealer and had them evaluate my trade-in, but they could not offer a price that's as low as Roswell, but $500 more. So, I decided to do business with Roswell and at that night, I deposited $1,000 to secure my car, since it's not in stock. After 2 business days, they had my car ready, and thanks to Basil, contract signing was simple and straightforward. I am not sure about other sales persons at Roswell, but I can say that Deanthony is the most honest sales person I have even seen, and I felt very comfortable working with him. I got a great deal, and very pleasant purchase experience. More

Top gear from top dudes! I went in to drive a couple of 2016 3's that were fleet car/service loaners with 4k miles on them, a sedan and a hatch, both automatics. They had a ma I went in to drive a couple of 2016 3's that were fleet car/service loaners with 4k miles on them, a sedan and a hatch, both automatics. They had a manual there also which I wanted to drive to compare against the automatics. I was approached almost immediately by a sales associate, and was able to drive and check out all the different features that were available. The sales rep was very helpful, and able to answer every question I had. After driving the manual transmission equipped car, a 2017 sport sedan, I knew that was what I wanted. The sales rep and finance manager worked hard to make a 2017 model within my grasp financially, and were more than fair with what they gave me for my-trade in. The color and equipment combination I wanted was not available at the Roswell store, so they found one at another dealer, made arrangements to have it there in 2 days, and gave me a loaner to drive home. The car that was delivered had many more miles on it than were reported by the other dealer, which was unacceptable to me, so they located another car with the right specification and made arrangements to have it in Roswell the following day. They allowed me to use the loaner through all of this BTW. The car that came in was what I wanted spec.-wise, and we did the deal. Through all of this, every employee of Mazda of Roswell that I interacted with was courteous and professional. My sales rep, Philip Sauder, and financial advisor, Louis Safdie, both worked hard to make the purchase as pleasant as possible, and I love the car! Thx Mazda of Roswell! More
