Top gear from top dudes! I went in to drive a couple of 2016 3's that were fleet car/service loaners with 4k miles on them, a sedan and a hatch, both automatics. They had a manual there also which I wanted to drive to compare against the automatics. I was approached almost immediately by a sales associate, and was able to drive and check out all the different features that were available. The sales rep was very helpful, and able to answer every question I had. After driving the manual transmission equipped car, a 2017 sport sedan, I knew that was what I wanted. The sales rep and finance manager worked hard to make a 2017 model within my grasp financially, and were more than fair with what they gave me for my-trade in. The color and equipment combination I wanted was not available at the Roswell store, so they found one at another dealer, made arrangements to have it there in 2 days, and gave me a loaner to drive home. The car that was delivered had many more miles on it than were reported by the other dealer, which was unacceptable to me, so they located another car with the right specification and made arrangements to have it in Roswell the following day. They allowed me to use the loaner through all of this BTW. The car that came in was what I wanted spec.-wise, and we did the deal. Through all of this, every employee of Mazda of Roswell that I interacted with was courteous and professional. My sales rep, Philip Sauder, and financial advisor, Louis Safdie, both worked hard to make the purchase as pleasant as possible, and I love the car! Thx Mazda of Roswell! More

Excellent Experience I saw a 2015 Charger R/T on the net and called to inquire about it. Spoke to Rachel and she was very engaged and she went the extra mile to insure tha I saw a 2015 Charger R/T on the net and called to inquire about it. Spoke to Rachel and she was very engaged and she went the extra mile to insure that they had the car and she would pull the key to insure it would not disappear before we arrived.. I received a call shortly thereafter from Deanthony to see him when we arrived.Due to a large influx of customers we were switched to Phillip when we arrived. As expected, the car was ready and we took it for a test drive. From there the experience just improved as we decided to purchase the car and the whole team worked with us to get to where we wanted to be without all that back and forth to the "manager" that usually happens. I have to give a huge thanks to both Phillip and Louie the Finance Manager who made me feel like family throughout the experience. I do want to also mention that Ed the owner took the time to talk to my wife and i and that goes a long way when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend Mazda at Roswell for anyone looking for a car and it happens to be on their lot. They are a great organization that is very customer considerate and orientated. Thanks again guys!
