They made buying a new car a refreshingly pleasant experienc I knew I wanted to buy a new car and have purchased Hondas the last two times around. I was not familiar with Mazda before this purchase but really l I knew I wanted to buy a new car and have purchased Hondas the last two times around. I couldn't stop smiling Greg Martin was so helpful and friendly right from the moment we walked up to the door. My experience continued to be great as we test drove the car. Everyone worked as a team and even the folks in the back who were preparing the car for me to take delivery, were awesome. It was a virtually seamless operation when typically buying a car is a long, drawn out process (trade in, haggle, paperwork, taking possession, etc). Would absolutely recommend Mazda of Roswell. They also love our Military, which we appreciate! More

WORSE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! ! I began working with Ruben in early February looking to purchase a car. Through email communication Ruben told me that I would be submitted to three ! I began working with Ruben in early February looking to purchase a car. Through email communication Ruben told me that I would be submitted to three lenders, and that he was SURE he could get me into a vehicle. Upon visiting the dealership physically, I discovered that my file was submitted to 8 lenders instead of three. 5 EXTRA HARD INQUIRIES ON MY CREDIT. After speaking with Linwood (finance manager), he ensured that he would take over my file, and continue without Ruben. Linwood then had me look at a few cars that he was going to purchase form the auction the following day. I chose a car, and was given the Carfax and VIN number so that I could add insurance. The next day, I received multiple stories from several different employees about the status of my vehicle. I went to the dealership (insurance in hand) as advised by Linwood to pick up my new car, only to find out that THERE WAS NO CAR, and i had just wasted $495 on my insurance down payment. After speaking with ED (the GM), I was able to look around the lot and find something else. I purchased my car on February 17th. Today June 14, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY TAGS. I have been in contact with Kathy (the title clerk) since April 3rd, when my temporary tag expired. She advise me to request a tag extension, to allow them (the dealership) time to get my title submitted tote tag office. On May 3rd (when my extension tag expired), I was told by Kathy (title clerk) that the auction had lost my title. After expressing to Kathy that I was an Uber driver and that I'm unable to make ANY income until i can get my ACTUAL tag, she then sent me a dealership tag dated for July 2017, requesting more time to get my title. I have tried calling the office multiple times to see where things are, but I'm being sent to different voicemail's, and people are telling me they'll get back to me. It has been OVER 2 months since I've been able to drive and provide income for myself, and these people DO NOT CARE!! DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR YOUR CAR! This has been a HORRIBLE experience and I'm just ready to receive my tags and be done with this place. More
