Great Dealership Experience - Thanks Dustin Hicks! Mazda of Roswell was a fantastic car buying experience for my wife and I. The associates were friendly, helpful, and patient with us. Dustin Hicks was Mazda of Roswell was a fantastic car buying experience for my wife and I. The associates were friendly, helpful, and patient with us. Dustin Hicks was our primary salesperson and our deal was assembled/finalized by Anthony Farber. Our finance manager was Basil Uqdah - couldn't say more positive things about these three gentlemen. Everyone was great to work with. They know how to treat people fairly, with respect, and with courtesy... Also, they work very diligently - the dealership closes on 7PM on Saturdays. Unfortunately, we came in late and kept these guys there past 7. We confirmed/closed the deal at around 7:05PM - we were driving home with our new car around 7:30PM. ... They took care of everything for us: insurance transfer, registration, taxes, etc. All we had to do was pay the agreed upon amount and drive home... They not only earned our business for this purchase, but we will certainly be back again for our next vehicle as well. More

Surprised I Bought! 1st customer in, shopping for a purchase at end of the month. Answered questions, went o Made an unplanned stop by the lot and was quickly approached by Dustin Hicks - very helpful, no-pressure, polite sales guy. Answered questions, went on test drive and was quoted a price. They were very interested in making a sale that day, of course, but I needed to do a little research. Next day I received an email from Anthony Farber, asking if there was anything they could do to earn my business and I told him it really came down to price. In fairly short order, we came to an agreeable out the door figure and I brought my trade in for an appraisal. Also came to terms pretty quickly and struck a deal. Louis the Finance Mgr went through options and terms on finance and docs were signed quickly. All of this was done in a reasonable amount of time - probably 60-90 minutes. Did take what seemed to be an inordinate amount of time to get the car cleaned up for delivery and there was a very long wait to do a software update, but I suppose better to do at that time than make a separate trip. Probably 3 hours all-in. Once I got home, I noticed a few paint chips in the hood and I contacted Anthony who said they would be happy to take care of them, noting when their paint guy was on the premises. Will take care of that shortly and will assume it will go smoothly. Car buying is rarely easy and I believe these guys did what they could to work with me. Thanks all. More
