Excellent experience buying Miata Was met by salesman Jeff Jean-Jacques. He was polite, courteous and responsive to questions. The negotiation to buy the car were very professional and honest. The specific car was not on the lot so hey searched other dealers for a trade. They worked hard to meet my target pricing and although not exactly what I was looking for (very aggressive), they came up with pricing we could both live with. Financing was easy, including use of a table top computer monitor that made document review easy. Everyone we met at the dealership, including Ed, the GM, were very friendly and customer focused. I picked up the car the following day, and Jeff helped walk through the car attributes. Overall, a very good car buying experience. More
