Hello Deidra, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We love hearing how well we have done, but hearing what we did wrong is even more valuable. With negative information breeds positive changes. I am sorry your experience tipped the scale of what not to do. However, if we want to be treated with respect we must also behave in a way that warrants respect. We cannot come in being rude and treating people like gum stuck on the bottom of your shoes. Everyone worked diligently to comply with your demands to rush through the process and have everything ready when you came in. We believe in a smooth experience, so that request will never been an issue, because we pride ourselves into making your car purchase as stress free as possible. We tailor to how you want to make your purchase. We value your time and we don't believe in waiting all day to purchase a car. We know this is a fun time to pick and choose your new ride, so we are just as excited as your are. But, you can't demand someone to hurry then scold them for doing what you've asked. You must also comply with what is asked of you. In order to speed in through our process, you were asked to go on a test drive to see how well your possibly new vehicle handled and performed, but you didn't want to test drive. We asked for you to provide the check so it could be verified for processing, you did not want to provide it, and that's when things got sticky. We pride ourselves in taking care of our customers and we want to make sure you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. We can't provide stellar service if, you won't allow us to try and give you what you've asked. You said jump, we said how high and how long. We work to help expedite your sales process, but that is in no way a license to treat us rudely. Hence the response of your sales advisor asking what would like me to do? Go fast like you keep telling me or slow down like you have instructed me to do? I don't know, but it does not sound like the actions of people who don't want your business.Your sales advisor does not have any medical issues that would put you or no one else in harms way. We believe in equal opportunity, but we do not put people at risk in any capacity. The General Manager did notice you were not pleased, and he took over and helped get you another team member to help complete your deal and he apologized for anything we might have done to upset you, but your response was "how are going to compensate me". You requested 3yr. warranty and Gap insurance and DVD player and waive any monies down you needed to invest in order to purchase your dream car. You were told we are sorry, but that is not going to happen. We are a dealership, but more than anything we are people who care about people. You are more than a number to us, but our deals have to make sense. We sell cars for a living, so it would not benefit us by watching you leave without purchasing the car you wanted. We bent over backwards to accommodate your needs, but you only wanted to speak with someone who would give these items to you. When we reached out to you the next day, you stated you did not want to hear from anyone from the dealership without the authority to provide items you requested. We are sorry and we were sorry that things did not work out.
