After I made my mind up on the models & brand. I decided to go w/ either the CX3 or Mazda 3 Hatchback. I fell in LOVE with both but the 3 looked nicer on the inside & get more features & compartments for the money. The CX3 was nice was a bit cramp in the rear seat & no middle console for storage. I would have chosen the CX3 if it had more storage space & power seats. After going to all the Mazda dealers, I was Happy that I went by Mazda of Roswell. They went above & Beyond to make the deal happened! Got what I wanted for my trade & new car drive out. Robert Fine was patient w/ me. He was nice & caring! Thanks again to the whole sales team for making it easy to buy!!! Big shout to Anthony, Frank & my finance guy- Luis for making the deal sweeter! Will def refer my friends & family! More

Awful - unprofessional and a twilight zone experience!!! This dealership is absolutely awful!!! I wasted a whole day on a terrible experience this past Saturday. It started with me calling in PRE APPROVED - This dealership is absolutely awful!!! I wasted a whole day on a terrible experience this past Saturday. It started with me calling in PRE APPROVED - for 40k! I asked them to prepare the exact suv that I wanted and after finalizing numbers I went out there to test drive and sign. However, I was greeted by a disgruntled employee who was aggressive and demanded my check within 30 sec of me walking in and no paperwork in sight!!! He yelled at me and banged his hand on table. Later the sales manager told me he had a mental/medical challenge! The GM Ed Burgess witnessed all of this on the showroom floor and never offered so much as an apology for his horrible employee. Why was this employee handling my deal??? After The GM, the sales manager (Wil Gardner) and the mentally challenged salesman could not satisfy or offer us anything for our pain....we walked out at signing!!!!! I loved my SUV and wanted it so bad so imagine how hard it was to walk away because of poor service. They let us walk out too, never tried to stop us, resolve the issue or call back. What a joke. I filed multiple complaints w/ BBB and Capital 1 who is appalled that they are supposed to be a diamond dealer. Well not for long! More

A Great and Painless Buying Experiance For the last two years I had become familiar and happy with the level of service and cost from the staff at Mazda Roswell Service personnel servicing For the last two years I had become familiar and happy with the level of service and cost from the staff at Mazda Roswell Service personnel servicing my 2004 RX 8, that feeling replicated with their sales dept. this past Saturday (March 11, 2017) when purchasing a new 2016 Miata MX 5. It might sound silly, but I had good vibes from the moment I entered the showroom and met Nate Williams, my sales rep, He was easy going, friendly and very personable as we discussed what I was looking for regarding a trade-in and a new car. He and his sales manager worked with me establishing a mutually agreed upon trade-in figure and what they could do to put me in a new 2016 Miata. (I have wanted a Miata since 1989, and familiar with the features, etc of the car, but the actual test drive was a lot more fun and blew me away)! Their dealer $$$$ incentives along with my trade-in allowance $$$$ put me in a comfort zone (financially) that worked for me on my budget. And then dealing with Lou, the finance manager, was painless. What a great guy! My total sweet and painless experience (from start to finish of the process) was only a coupe of hours, and I was out the door in my new Miata! I can't thank Nate enough and I would totally recommend these guys, not only for their willingness to go the extra mile in working with you, but their professionalism and pleasant no pressure style to anyone looking for a new or used Mazda! More
