Customer service like no other. I did a lot of research looking for an SUV that would be right for my family. We finally decided on the CX-5. I drove to the nearest Mazda dealership I did a lot of research looking for an SUV that would be right for my family. We finally decided on the CX-5. I drove to the nearest Mazda dealership and looked on this site to see who had an excellent report with customers and I came across Anthony. Anthony was really helpful and full of knowledge on his inventory. He even offered to drive to another location to pick up a vehicle if we chose. After a few hours of looking at the inventory and going over the different trim levels, we finally decided to get the loaded Grand Touring with the advanced tech package. We went through the finance department with Basil and it was a breeze. Thank you so much to all the staff that went out of their way to make my wife and I feel special. We love our new SUV! More

I had run out of internet reading and watching reviews on the 2016 Mazda MX-5. Amir Khandan was out front and cheerfully greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I don't remember much after that, but the smile never left my face. I received a no-nonsense negotiation and another big smile and handshake from one of the sales managers, Keith Thomas. Met with Aaron Gillison first and had a very positive conversation about the CX-5 model and configuration we were looking for. Aaron is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all Mazda models and was a very big help. He toured us around a CX-5 there on the lot and let us take the car for a test drive. When we came back, we'd decided on a different interior. Aaron then introduced us to Anthony Farber, who was assigned to help us locate a model with the interior we desired and take us through to completion of our lease agreement. Anthony was also very personable. He located a model in the local area that met our needs and arranged for the vehicle to be transferred to the dealership. Anthony then introduced us to Louis Safdie from Finance to begin working the numbers. Really appreciated the modern desktop display Louis used for completing all the paperwork. Felt like we were in the movie, Minority Report! Louis explained everything in easy-to-understand terms and we completed all the paperwork quickly and easily. I was provided a loaner car so I could head home while the CX-5 we selected was transported to the dealership. I was called back at the time promised and the car was ready, red carpet and all! A terrific car leasing experience... maybe the best I've ever experienced. Highly recommended! More
