Met with Aaron Gillison first and had a very positive conversation about the CX-5 model and configuration we were looking for. Aaron is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all Mazda models and was a very big help. He toured us around a CX-5 there on the lot and let us take the car for a test drive. When we came back, we'd decided on a different interior. Aaron then introduced us to Anthony Farber, who was assigned to help us locate a model with the interior we desired and take us through to completion of our lease agreement. Anthony was also very personable. He located a model in the local area that met our needs and arranged for the vehicle to be transferred to the dealership. Anthony then introduced us to Louis Safdie from Finance to begin working the numbers. Really appreciated the modern desktop display Louis used for completing all the paperwork. Felt like we were in the movie, Minority Report! Louis explained everything in easy-to-understand terms and we completed all the paperwork quickly and easily. I was provided a loaner car so I could head home while the CX-5 we selected was transported to the dealership. I was called back at the time promised and the car was ready, red carpet and all! A terrific car leasing experience... maybe the best I've ever experienced. Highly recommended! More
