It was still under warranty and a part had worn out prematurely. I was worried that there would be defensive denial, but happily, the service team was AWESOME!!! When I went in they offered me a loaner so I wouldn't have to wait. Not only did they fix my car, but they also fixed a tire that had picked up a screw along the way. They are so friendly, professional and punctual! It is worth buying your vehicle there just to be able to access the service department. More

I am welcomed with friendly faces and positive vibes. I even got great advice on what to do when I got an unjust ticket for my taillight being out! They went ahead and proactively changed all of my lights, and told me to bring all the paperwork for my court date, and I ended up not having to pay the ticket, for which I am incredibly appreciative. Some may dread going to their dealerships to get service done, but I always find the experience calm and, I daresay, enjoyable. Shout out to all the Mazda of Roswell employees for always making me feel welcome and for taking care of moi (and my car). (: More

One from Aaron Gillison and one from Anthony Farber (now that Aaron has taken a more ma Since 2010, I have purchased 3 vehicles from Mazda of Roswell. One from Aaron Gillison and one from Anthony Farber (now that Aaron has taken a more managerial position.) And rightly so. He is an extremely knowledgeable person and very thorough in showing you the ins and outs of the vehicle. No matter what he's doing, Aaron will always make himself available when I need him. As a female buyer, I often feel salesmen talk down to me. Not so over here. In fact they go out of their way to make me comfortable, answer any and all questions and explain things I never thought to ask about. Good place to buy a car and I love my 2016 CX5. My second CX5 by the way - great car! More

Most recently we purch We have been dealing with Mazda of Roswell for a little over 6 years now with a total of 3 vehicle purchases during that time. Most recently we purchased a pre-owned Toyota Sienna. We checked the local dealers for pre-owned mini vans. The others had much more selection. But I knew I should go back to Roswell. Once you find something you like, you are crazy to change it. Aaron and the other salesmen I dealt with, made sure we had everything we needed and took their time with questions I had. We are glad we returned to them. And if the need arises in the future, we will go back :) More
