Because I had recently been hit by another car and my car totalled I was very concerned about safety. My work also required certain cargo accommodations in a vehicle. Elysia encouraged me to drive several models and helped me take cargo measurements to make sure which cars would work best for my job. Elysia and her managers also took the time to locate the revised Insurance Institute crash test data to show me just how amazing Mazda performs compared with its peers. I can't recommend Mazda of Roswell and Elysia more! Thank you! More
Jackson was extremely helpful during the process. I was 250 miles away, so I depended on him for various questions as I planned my trip to the dealership. He answered all questions in a timely manner, and was very very professional throughout. Upon arrival, I test-drove the car and had paperwork done in less than 90 minutes. The only complaint is that the detailing for the car was subpar. There was debris in the center console, and the area above the trunk still had leaves and lots of caked-on dirt. Nevertheless, this wasn't enough to take away from their five star rating. Thanks! More

One thing I really enjoyed is that they were able to clearly able to answer all questions about the car and explain what the closing process would look like with them. My car dealer, Ricky Torres, lied to me to make a deal on a car that was "in transit" and then continued to lie and purposely withhold information for months. The dealership was extremely condescending when a car that was "in transit" and then continued to lie and purposely withhold information for months. The dealership was extremely condescending when I would follow up on the purchase. This goes beyond manufacturing delays, as I was told for several months the car was arriving "within a month" while the dealership knew this was a lie (they never even submitted my loan application during this time because they knew the car was not coming in 30 days). Two months after my purchase, I had to request to speak to management and was told that the car was not even assembled, let alone in transit. More
