One thing I really enjoyed is that they were able to clearly able to answer all questions about the car and explain what the closing process would look like with them. If you’re thinking about buying a car, make sure you use these two- guaranteed to have a great experience or your money back ha! Last note, Basil in finance was great to work with- very transparent with everything and made sure he explained everything so that I understood it. More

My car dealer, Ricky Torres, lied to me to make a deal on a car that was "in transit" and then continued to lie and purposely withhold information for months. The dealership was extremely condescending when a car that was "in transit" and then continued to lie and purposely withhold information for months. The dealership was extremely condescending when I would follow up on the purchase. This goes beyond manufacturing delays, as I was told for several months the car was arriving "within a month" while the dealership knew this was a lie (they never even submitted my loan application during this time because they knew the car was not coming in 30 days). Two months after my purchase, I had to request to speak to management and was told that the car was not even assembled, let alone in transit. More

Best buying experience I ever had at Mazda of Roswell. Emmanuel, sales person, made everything so smooth. It only took 2.5 hrs from walking in to driving out in a new CX-5.
