Best buying experience I ever had at Mazda of Roswell. Emmanuel, sales person, made everything so smooth. It only took 2.5 hrs from walking in to driving out in a new CX-5. Working with the Mazda of Roswell team was very enjoyable. I never thought I’d say that about leasing a car. Everything was simple and a good compromise was made that I could financially afford tha enjoyable. I never thought I’d say that about leasing a car. The rating for Mr. Usman reflects more the proedures at the dealership than his service. still, I fault him for setting up an appointment wiithout verifying that a fin Usman reflects more the proedures at the dealership than his service. still, I fault him for setting up an appointment wiithout verifying that a finance person would not be in on Saturday morning; thus we couldn't complete the transaction (selling a used vehicle. Mainly, I fault his manager and the finance staff, whom I never met or talked with. Being unaware of which one worked on my transaction, I rated both of them with obe star. The whole interaction was a circus. I was required to bring my wife in, although she clearly gave me power of attorney to deal with the car. i was not allowed to explain this to the finance staffer, who erroneously told Mr. Usman she could not delegate the authority to me (I had the notarized form. Jackson Sentell was the nicest Salesperson at a dealership I’ve ever dealt with!! Very professional and communicative with any and everything I threw at him!!
