Efficient process. Test drive was smooth. No concerns with pricing. Finance was straightforward. Needed a little more knowledge from sales person on major features of C Test drive was smooth. No concerns with pricing. Finance was straightforward. Needed a little more knowledge from sales person on major features of CX-5. Examples: He did not know about the heads up display and USB ports in middle armrest in 2nd row seats, and that this arm rest can fold down independently from the other seats. These may seem like minor things but could be big selling points for some buyers. It takes less than a minute to mention but could go a long way to make a sale. I was familiar with those features in the Signature. This is meant to be constructive criticism. He was very nice and I do not want to take away from his ability as a salesperson. I think he will improve as he gains more knowledge about specific vehicles. More
