The customer service was outstanding! Shy was very patient with me and listened to all of my wants and needs in finding the perfect car for me. When it came down to choosing between 2 cars she repeated everything I said which helped me make the perfect decision! Then the rest of the process was incredibly smooth. There was no high pressure sales, I felt that the negotiating team worked with me very fairly. Thank you to Louie who made the finance part of it a breeze… this is definitely a five star dealership. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I am impressed because I dreaded the process. I will be highly recommending them and using them in the future. More

This dealership tried to convince me that ALL dealerships are charging $2,000 over MSRP “market adjustments” currently. I almost accepted that as true. Just by chance, I called another nearby Mazda dealershi are charging $2,000 over MSRP “market adjustments” currently. I almost accepted that as true. Just by chance, I called another nearby Mazda dealership and found that some area dealerships are still sticking by MSRP without inflated retail prices. I saved myself $2,000 with a phone call. The sales staff at Mazda of Roswell are slippery and dishonest, ready to lie and beat up customers to get as much money as they can. More
