Thank you for sharing your experience. We do quite a few out of state purchases and generally it is a seamless for the consumer. Lost titles do add an additional wrinkle but still are fairly easy to address. Usually we collect lost title and handle it for you. We would love to discuss this with you and make sure we are on the correct path to finishing your title process. They left a message for Aaron to call you back tomorrow when he is in the office. Please feel free to contact him directly as well if you have a full schedule and are hard to get a hold of during the day.

I do look forward to chatting with him and hope to be able to find a solution so my daughter can drive the car we purchased. We agreed to pay the additional amount that we were advised of but noted that it did not seem right as we had agreed to a price and the salesman was aware we did not have the paper title. As I mentioned the title was not lost, housed electronically with the state of Florida. Thank you for the follow up.
