Great service. Staffs are kind. This the first time I visited Mazda at Roswell and they found my 2019 CX-5 had some problems that required severe maintenance. My experience has been awful. From misinformation to lack of follow up. If we had not been at the dealership already for 3 hours or not gotten the price we did, I would have gone somewhere else. After purcha of follow up. If we had not been at the dealership already for 3 hours or not gotten the price we did, I would have gone somewhere else. After purchasing the car, it was provided to us with gas level 22 miles to empty. Although the salesman was to follow up to reimburse us for gas, he never did. Staff was condescending and generally not pleasant to work with. More
