I've been bad about remembering to leave a review for Mazda of Roswell, and this is my first one. Everything I'm about to say here can be applied to every service visit I've had. Between routine maintenance, and having little things checked out, I've had maybe six or seven visits. Nothing has ever gone wrong with the car, I just am a little paranoid and brought the car in a few times to be checked out. I'll get right to the point: This is quite simply the absolute finest service department I've ever dealt with, and this is my 10th new car, including a couple of BMWs and a Porsche, so I've been around a dealership or two. I'm from New York City (moved to Atlanta in 2019) and I'm one of those impatient people who isn't easy to please. Well, the people in the service department are flawless. I wish I could hire people as good as they do there. Everything they do at Mazda of Roswell is top notch. Pick any criteria...professionalism, attention to detail, punctuality, keeping commitments...I could go on and on. I won't even bother considering a different dealership for my next Mazda. More

I was happy with everything except finance person. He persuaded me to purchase warranty to cover loss already incurred, which I realized afterwards is likely illegal. I have to say I was very very impressed with Deanthony and Mazda Roswell overall. I purchased a 20 20 20 CX-5 and they made the purchase by far the easiest I have ever had when purchasing a car. Also I almost forgot but when I first came in there were two women who greeted me at the front door who are very friendly and put me at ease right away I'm not sure their names but I would definitely say they both made the experience great from the moment I walked on the door. Awesome experience as always! Keep up the good work! Only problem I see is the long waiting time during service. So if customer can get a courtesy car for 2 hrs then the time can be utilized. We had a fantastic experience with our car purchase at Mazda of Roswell! The whole staff from sales to finance was outstanding!
