Lack of client protection I had an extremely frustrating experience. Most of the employees do not wear masks. Clients do not wear masks and do not respect social distancing. I I had an extremely frustrating experience. Most of the employees do not wear masks. Clients do not wear masks and do not respect social distancing. I do not feel my car was protected - no covering inside. I do believe that it is important for you to protect your clients. I am a high risk person and having to spend almost one hour in such an environment just infuriated me. I wish I would have warned that CDC guidelines are not enforced when I scheduled my appointment. At least it would have been my decision to come or not. I would still like to commend Paula who is constantly checking on the clients who are waiting and always wearing her mask. More
