My other vehicle is not a Mazda and that dealer's service center provides better communications. More

Excellent Service experience Just needed to replace a battery. Spoke with John on the phone - battery was in stock (for a 1996 Miata), come by anytime. Battery checked and changed in maybe 45 minutes, helpful advice given on battery maintain, price charged the same as quoted, and no hard sell for extra service. A perfect experience. More

Went in for a minor service & left with a New-to-me Car I took my 2011 Mazda5 in for service and while I waited, I found a 2019 CX-5 that I really liked. Buying a car wasn't on the agenda for the day, but I took my 2011 Mazda5 in for service and while I waited, I found a 2019 CX-5 that I really liked. The staff was polite and wait area was nicely stocked with drinks/snacks. The wait time was terrible. Arrived at 1030am for oil change and wash. Needed 2 back tires and was told it would take about an ho with drinks/snacks. The wait time was terrible. Arrived at 1030am for oil change and wash. Needed 2 back tires and was told it would take about an hour. At 100pm my car was still not done and all techs were at lunch. Definitely room for improvement. I was offered a loaner at that time. But was told I'd have to return it the same day. I did use it for about 45 minutes to save myself time. There was also a difference in agreement between staff on whether my car needed alignment or not. I would prefer not to be confused by that but for your techs to be sure what a customer needs do we don't get two different opinions.Hope this helps to improve your operations. More
