Tire repair Bought 4 new tire about 6 months ago. Yesterday morning left front tire was virtually flat. Was not able to get an appointment until 3 PM in the after Bought 4 new tire about 6 months ago. Yesterday morning left front tire was virtually flat. Was not able to get an appointment until 3 PM in the afternoon. Dealership checked tire, said nothing was wrong. This morning tire almost flat again. Called and John said booked solid today. Had to really pressure to have tire looked at again and finally relented for a 4:30 appointment. Lesson learned —- don’t buy tires from a dealership. Tire store would get you in immediately. More

Great customer service I came to MAZDA of Roswell due to a bad experience at an another MAZDA place. John Carney was very helpful on the phone to set up my appt and when I I came to MAZDA of Roswell due to a bad experience at an another MAZDA place. John Carney was very helpful on the phone to set up my appt and when I came for my scheduled appt John was there and remembered our phone conversation and everything went smoothly at check-in. I had 3 other things to discuss outside my scheduled service. John was very patient and listened to my concerns. He was able to address all of them. They did call me during the day and updated me on what needed to be done. I was glad they did coz the issues they brought up were things I had already expected and was prepared for. I would have been concerned had they not called me and just went with the oil change and tire rotation. Mazda Of Roswell just proved to me they did what they were supposed to do re: full circle inspection and did not just check the boxes off. I was impressed with the way John did the check out. He went over the work summary with me, was very patient and was able to answer my questions. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I was very happy and satisfied with the work done and the customer service at Mazda Of Roswell service dept. More
