Some good work but overall disappointing. Came in for service and the advisors are all very polite and welcoming (I know many since I have been going to this dealer for the last 12 years). I n Came in for service and the advisors are all very polite and welcoming (I know many since I have been going to this dealer for the last 12 years). I needed a few things installed and wanted and oil change and alignment. Cost was high (higher than I felt it should have been) and they were unable to do the alignment because of aftermarket springs and shocks. This should not have caused an issue at least not as it was described and when I left, I came to realize that the alignment was messed up. The wheel was crooked and it was difficult to keep straight. Very disappointed that they would have returned the car to me this way. They are usually much better. Now I have to go to another shop and do not feel safe to drive the car until it is fixed. More
