Overbooked and underwhelming I have my vehicles serviced by dealerships of that brand. I also made the mistake of prepaying for multiple services with Mazda, because I would break I have my vehicles serviced by dealerships of that brand. Took a week and a half to get an appointment (other dealerships in the area handle same day service with no problem). Does not offer loaner vehicles or a shuttle service (other dealerships in the area offer both). Charges a ridiculous amount to detail or wash during service (other dealerships in the area detail for reasonable amounts and wash for free with service). Did not address all problems I reported with the vehicle. And even if none of that bothered me, I've lost count of how many times I've been pestered about leaving a review for the dealership on this website or that one. If you have to beg for the review, chances are it's not going to be a good one. More

The staff is kind, courteous, above and beyond to the point where I have purchased multiple cars and had fam My service has always been by far superb. They always make me feel like I am priority one. No one can Mazda of Roswell. Conner is amazing and is always on top of everything and I can't say enough about him! Thank you, everyone! More

Didn’t complete all requested service. We’ve come here 3 times and every time there is an issue. This time the tires were not rotated as requested because we were told we need new tires. Last time the Service light wasn’t reset and air was let out of our tires to trigger the low tire pressure light. This dealer is more worried about up selling than servicing. More
Great customer service like always . Everyone was so helpful, from the moment I walked in . I didn't stay while my car was being serviced, and even while I was away they contacted me . Ok service for multi-Mazda family Decided to give Roswell Mazda a shot with a recent purchase we made out of state for our third Mazda. Overall I think it was an OK experience, but saw some oddities throughout the day including some employees having an argument on the floor (just made me uncomfortable) and just others walking around and looking bored. For the experience on my service, the timing went a little longer than expected and Got conflicting updates… At one point my car was to be ready after the last job, which turned into my car will not be ready until this other job was completed and became confused why I wasn’t getting the straight story. Overall I’ll give it four stars but not sure I’ll make it my go to service spot and will continue to use Jim Ellis for most of my dealer service. By far they run a more professional service center in my opinion. More
