Professional and attentive My 2012 CX9 was leaking fluid. I called the service center and they got me in next day. When I arrived I expected to wait for at least an hour. Within My 2012 CX9 was leaking fluid. I called the service center and they got me in next day. When I arrived I expected to wait for at least an hour. Within 10 minutes John came over to tell me the bad news about a$2000 transfer case replacement I needed. Ugh! They needed to order the part and would give me a loaner car at no charge. And he would get the total cost under $2k. So I was on my way in under an hour. Returned a week later. More

Poor Customer Service ... this time. I have always enjoyed taking my Mazda 3 to this dealership for service. They have always performed great with friendly, timely customer service. Communication between the service rep and myself was sparse, I was not kept informed of what was going on; and had two employees flat out lie to me. I will not NOT go back; but I will be very wary of who I deal with and what they are telling me in the future. I will not idly wait for them to come to me; I will be proactive with them, checking with them to see what is happening; and letting them know that I expect better than I received on this visit. Since my visit, both the Service Manager and the Customer Relations Director have reached out to me and assured me that this is not the way they do business. Well, it was the way they did business on THIS visit. If I could rate lower than one star, I would... and told them so at the time of the visit. More
