30K Service / Strut replacement Took my 2011 Miata in for 30K service, and look at my rear suspension. Everything turned out great. Staff is cool. If I could maybe take a 1/8 star off, I would because they had my car much longer than I had hoped. They received the wrong part for the repair and had to re-order. When that happens they should make their supplier expedite the correct part, instead of the normal wait. And the online calendar to schedule appointments - closest you can get sometimes is two weeks out. But the work itself was good, and they accommodated my extended warranty claim, which was super cool. I'll give the 5 but my real rating would be 4 and 7/8th. I'll continue to go exclusively there for my Miata. More

I had to wait 2 hours but they had snacks and they were just so kind and professional. Definitely will be back and I live all the way in Henry County which is about an hour away but this location just treat me so good. More

Solved the problem no else could. Took the Mazda 6 to Firestone. They had the car for two weeks. They could not diagnose the problem. The day before returning from break, she was getting some strange dash messages that concerned us. We called the service dept on a MONDAY MORNING and Connor got her right in and out in about an hour! Turns out it was just some debris on the front grill affecting the sensor and was no big deal, but we really appreciate the responsiveness. We've had Chevys, Jeeps, Volvos & Mercedes all from dealerships in the Atlanta area- the overall experience at Mazda of Roswell beats them all. Our original salesman DeAnthony was also on it- nice teamwork, great dealership, and my daughter loves her CX5. More

The pricing is reasonable and is known upfront. I also had a chance to take a test drive while I was waiting for my car. NO PRESSURE--just a chance to see how the Mazdas have been improved in the last seven years. I was very impressed with the 2019 model. More
