Took long, tire problems afterwards It took an hour longer than expected, so I couldn't get back to work as I'd hoped. After driving away, tire pressure gauge came on. This didn't happen It took an hour longer than expected, so I couldn't get back to work as I'd hoped. After driving away, tire pressure gauge came on. This didn't happen until I was driving for 15 minutes. I called and asked if it was a problem, and they wanted me to turn around and come back... Wouldn't expect an issue to happen after regular maintenance, really makes me wonder what they even did to my car. Will most likely be going to another service center. More

Unbelievable Service Let me just say I am anti dealership for many reasons. But when you have to go to one for Service I cannot say enough good things about this dealersh Let me just say I am anti dealership for many reasons. But when you have to go to one for Service I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. From the loaner I wasn't expecting to the level of service and professionalism I received was over the top. I even had to take the car back right after picking it up because of an uncovered issue. I had an extended warranty and this place fought on my behalf to get it included in the cost. I ended up paying nothing for the extra repairs. I am a used car kinda guy myself but if you have to take your Mazda to a dealer, this is the place!!! More

A Winner Brought my Mazda CX5 to Roswell Mazda for an oil change and asked that they take a look at why the car bluetooth in my Mazda was not working properly Brought my Mazda CX5 to Roswell Mazda for an oil change and asked that they take a look at why the car bluetooth in my Mazda was not working properly when I am wearing my hearing aides. Bell, Connor and Alex continued to work on the issue until they found a way to resolve it. Even Aaron, who is in management, got involved and lent his expertise. While they could have blamed the problems on the hearing aides and sent me on my way, they instead, as a team, dug in and came up with a resolution. While waiting, I was made to feel at home in their comfortable waiting room, which is well stocked with coffee, drinks and snacks. I drove out of the dealership with the car phone working as it should and feeling like I had just made new friends. More

Since the service department had changed since my l As with my first visit to your service department, I was pleasantly welcomed and greeted by Alex. Since the service department had changed since my last visit (you were in the middle of construction) I parked my car in the lot as apposed to driving into the service area. Once the initial sign in was finished, I was thinking I would have to move my car myself from the lot to the service area, but Alex surprised me, asked for the key and said he would move it for me. (THANK YOU). The oil change happened within the timeframe quoted, and we picked the car up shortly thereafter. I knew the car was going to be washed, but I was surprised to find that the inside of the car had been cleaned as well. What a nice surprise! I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Connor who was incredibly helpful the day before we had booked my appointment as he helped walk me through some key fob and battery problems I was having. Coming from excellent Mercedes Benz service, I was skeptical about your service, but I have to admit you are doing something right, as it has been and I continue to receive EXCELLENT customer service from everyone I've encountered at Mazda of Roswell. Great customer service in my humble opinion is when a company (or the people who work there) take the time to do the little things and go above and beyond what is normally expected. Mazda of Roswell continually exceeds my expectations, something I sincerely appreciate. Please pass along my sincere thanks to Alex, Conner and the mechanics who continually go the extra mile. More
