Customer oriented My CX-9 experienced a strange electrical issue which required a tow to the dealership (Mazda roadside assistance was great). The issue was difficult to diagnose, but with the help of the Mazda Technical Center they figured it out. The issue was so rare that parts were overnighted from Japan, but the car was repaired in a very timely manner. They also provided me with a nice loaner vehicle for a week. Courteous but more time consuming that necessary Everyone is very friendly in the service department and they do a good job of keeping you updated on the progress of the services. However, no matter how early the appointment or which day of the week, a simple oil change can take anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hours. Making an appointment is largely useless. I will point out that for the first time in nearly 5 years of getting my oil changed at this dealership, they did not try to sell me useless services that I did not need. More
