Suddenly whe I started the car after stopping for an errand, the navigational system was simply trying to My Mazda CX-5 Everything was working fine. Connor from customer service took out the sad card , checked the serial number against 5 known defective cards and determined that my card was good. Disappointed You have been servicing my CX-7 since I bought the vehicle. In the past, your service personnel have been fabulous. They have been honest and I could You have been servicing my CX-7 since I bought the vehicle. In the past, your service personnel have been fabulous. They have been honest and I could count on them to do what was needed and respond to issues that I was having with the vehicle. However, this last time I came in for regular service, oil change, and tire rotation. I specifically mentioned that the "tire" light on my dash kept going on and that I needed them to make sure that the tires were checked and, specifically, the tire pressure. I had checked it myself last week and knew that the pressure was low. When I drove off the lot, the "tire' light came on again. I checked the pressure when I got home and it was the same as it was when I had checked it the week earlier. Your service personnel, obviously DID NOT CHECK MY TIRES as I requested and as the paperwork indicated. I had to go to Costco have them inflated to what they needed to be. And the "tire" light has not turned on since. I am disappointed that your service personnel did not do what I had requested, but indicated that they had. My trust in your service center has been compromised. I, therefore, cannot be certain that they did ANYTHING that they said they would do. Were my fluids checked? Were my tires rotated? Was the oil actually changed? Did you check my brakes? etc. I don't know because I no longer trust you. I am seriously considering never coming back for service at your dealership More
