Great customer service! My experience started out well with the dealership agreeing to fix some issues on the body of the car I was buying for my son. They did a good job fi My experience started out well with the dealership agreeing to fix some issues on the body of the car I was buying for my son. They did a good job fixing the body issues. However, they kept the car for five weeks and it came back with some slight damage that was not there when I dropped it off, a large scratch on the roof and some "curb rash" on the right rear wheel. They polished out the scratch on the roof and agreed to repair the damage on the wheel. I understand that it's hard to keep a car at a body shop for five weeks without additional scratches, bumps, etc. and I was grateful that they agreed to fix the damage. More

Decent, but could've been done faster Good effort and diagnosis, but extremely slow, and too pricy. Plus it turned out to be a simple battery problem. My car was in the shop for over 18 days, for a simple battery issue, although I did receive a loaner to use in the meantime. More
