It had been a long time since I experienced such great interest, care and cordiality by the Service Dept crew (Joey Tejeda & a young lady who assisted me as I drove into the area - also the girls in the cashier dept., extremely friendly and professional). I was only disappointed with the inventory available in the waiting area. I was looking for 2 items to purchase and found neither: a) a silver shade for my Mazda3 was not available and 2) a cordless bluetooth ear plug) - it would also have been nice to find other good quality auto items. I would say that inventory quality and quantity was mediocre. More

They scratched my car We had an appointment for an oil change and a recall at 1.30 PM and we left at 5.00 PM. Had it towed at 8pm at night to the dealer and Andy took care of everything the next morning. Andy called me, communicated clearly and in a very friendly manner what was wrong with the car and gave me all my options. No sales pitch. No pressure. Just the facts and real advice.
