I understand you had a recall and many customers showed up to have that checked but I had to wait approximately 4 plus hours for a regular basic service . Rotating the tires and an oil change should not take that long! Again I understand I went on a Saturday morning and it was very busy! I do have to mentioned the personnel were very courteous and friendly. And apologized profusely for the wait! And always checking to see if the client was ok. 👍🏼 Thank you! More

CX5 not locking automatically Issue was addressed properly although not always automatic locking is disappointing. Getting a loaner was also good service. However, I called one day ahead for picking up my car and bringing back loaner. Still, has to wait 45 min. for the paperwork was ready and another 10 before my car was found and delivered. Should have taken not more than 5-10 min max: disappointed More
