This time I had to change my car and I was a bit in a hurry so they helped me with the trade-in and the purchase of a newer car that better fit my needs. I have always dealt with Jorge Rodriguez who has proven to be a very good salesman and has always made me feel comfortable with my purchases, he also follows up with me after the purchase to make sure I am happy and that the car is what I expected. To be honest I have always disliked purchasing cars and having to deal with the negotiating and the waiting but with Ocean Mazda and Jorge, I have felt confident in my purchase and felt that I get a good deal for my money. not content with Mazda I took my car on Saturday because the service was due, and also the back left tire on the driver side was low in air, when the car was returned to me, I took my car on Saturday because the service was due, and also the back left tire on the driver side was low in air, when the car was returned to me, I asked the adviser if they check the air in which he reply with a yes that make me believe that they didn't. I had to come back on a Tuesday because the car had a nail in the same tire that i asked them to check. I asked the guy it was the same tire and he was arguing with me. I asked him that they should do the service for free and he refuse to work with me. So no the service was bad not to mention that they don't bring the car around and you have to look for the car all over the place until you hear the click of the car More
