Horrible- Ripoff- Thieves- STAY AWAY Brought my car in for service for a simple repair. They tried to make it very complicated. They Quoted me almost $1000 to fix it, so I spoke to the Brought my car in for service for a simple repair. They tried to make it very complicated. They Quoted me almost $1000 to fix it, so I spoke to the service manager Mike, who gave me this long xx story about the repair, as if I was dumb and knew nothing about cars or mechanicals. I told them not to fix it and it still cost me over $220 to get my car back for the 'diagnosis', when in fact I told them what it needed before I even dropped it off. The whole diagnosis was merely looking under the car to see the problem. Should've taken just enough time to put it on a lift and walk under and look underneath- 5 mins maybe?? Not to mention the sign on the wall says diagnosis is $170. I went to the Mazda dealer in Coconut Creek for $370. It's my second time there and they run their business in a totally different and straight manner. STAY AWAY from this Ocean Mazda in Doral- They will talk to you all sweet and respectful, but---They are Dishonest! More
