AMAZING IN AND OUT SERVICE IT ALL STARTED WHEN MY DRIVER SPEAKER WAS BLOWN WHEN I WAS DRIVING TO WORK ON A BEAUTIFUL MORNING. I CALLED OCEAN MAZDA AND TOLD THE LOVELY YOUNG LADI IT ALL STARTED WHEN MY DRIVER SPEAKER WAS BLOWN WHEN I WAS DRIVING TO WORK ON A BEAUTIFUL MORNING. I CALLED OCEAN MAZDA AND TOLD THE LOVELY YOUNG LADIES MY SITUATION AND THEY TRANSFERED MY CALL DIRECTLY TO JOEY, JOEY WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY SITUATION AND TOLD ME TO BRING MY VECHICLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE NEXT DAY I BROUGHT MY CAR IN BRIGHT AND EARLY TO OCEAN MAZDA WHERE JOEY WAS ALREADY THERE, HE BROUGHT MY CAR IN AND IN LESS THAN AN HOUR I WAS UP AND READY TO GO HOME FROM THE DEALER. When I purchased my car, they told me the first 5K service was complimentary but they charged me for the tire rotation. I had no problem paying it, but if the website says the service includes the tire rotation, they should include the tire rotation on the complimentary service. More
