When I purchased my car, they told me the first 5K service was complimentary but they charged me for the tire rotation. I had no problem paying it, but if the website says the service includes the tire rotation, they should include the tire rotation on the complimentary service. More

Disappointed I could feel the energy as soon as I got there that this place is full of sharks. They refused to negotiate with me at all. They basically said this is the price, no wiggle room at all, and the price was ridiculous for a lease. I would've had to put down a significant amount to get the price that I want. I said I would shop around some more, and he came back with one of his finance guys, who only knocked it down a small fraction. I understand that they have a business to run, but in the end, they lost my business. More
