Warning: these slimy salesmen use every dirty trick in the book, adding on fees and charges that they refuse to explain or remove. I was looking to trade up my cross trek for an Outback, and Ocean Subaru the book, adding on fees and charges that they refuse to explain or remove. I was looking to trade up my cross trek for an Outback, and Ocean Subaru gave me a ridiculous lowball offer for my trade, and added $9k of dealer fees to the sale. Worse, when I asked for a copy of the sale price, they refused to give me a paper copy, calling it “property of the dealer.” I will never visit this dealer again and you should avoid at all costs! More
