I made an appointment and ordered the part ahead of time due to limited time constraints! Pulled up and was greeted by Sofia who is a tech there - she was very friendly and helped me get my dog and my beari due to limited time constraints! Jim helped me check in my car and as always (I service my car here often) he was super friendly! Sitting in their very comfortable waiting area - Jim came in asked if I had ordered the part because they didn't have the part - I suddenly felt disappointed because this was my only day to be able to service my car for the next two weeks. I indicated to him I indeed did and they said it would be here by today my appointment day! He told me wait right here and went off I thought maybe he was double checking to see if they just didn't see the part. He came back with the manager Abbie in tow - he explained everything to her and he said to her we can take the part off of a loaner car - Abbie said yeah I can OK that! I didn't mind at all I just wanted my car to look normal I had guests coming out from out of state this week! Ten minutes later my car was washed the part was replaced and I was on my way! Sofia was super helpful when I got there I believe she was also the tech that fixed my car - I really appreciated her because I was a little discombobulated when I arrived she made it so easy! Jim ALWAYS is friendly and he went super out of his way to ensure I could service my car on the day I needed to - with zero hiccups! He is awesome!! He took REALLY good care of me and this was not the first time he has gone out of his way for me! Abbie was amazing not only for being willing to be flexible on a solution but also she gave my dog a toy and treats! He loves his new Subaru stuffed toy - They did a REALLY great job making sure I left there satisfied and happy - and they made my dog happy which really at the end of the day is the way to my heart! Thank you guys so much!!! More
