My salesman was supposed to contact me once he found my second pair of keys that I paid for and was under my contract he never did. I’ve been calling the dealership for days and nobody ever answers. It was under my contract to receive two keys, and I only got one I shouldn’t have to beg for what I paid for. You guys were extremely fast to take my deposit and to sale me the car. The repairs I requested were not recorded properly on the work order. I've never had this happen before, and trusted the work order had what I stated needed to be repaired. I received a call saying my car wa work order. I've never had this happen before, and trusted the work order had what I stated needed to be repaired. I received a call saying my car was ready with only an oil change and tire rotation--not the road trip check or wiper sensor light included in my initial verbal request. I told Trey that I'm sure more needed to be done, and he said that filters and other stuff were recommended. I said please do it--we are going on a road trip and need it to be working properly. Afterwards, I repeatedly tried to speak to any human in the service dept., but to no avail. No one would return my calls. I was very disappointed, as Kassim usually takes care of me splendidly by always communicating with me. Trey did not, and would not return my calls. His customer service was lacking. I will be sure, moving forward, to make sure only Kassim helps me even if I have to wait half an hour for his help. He is worth it. More
