Service Department I recently brought in my Navigator for service under the warranty. Because we had a miscommunication about what was covered, we were disappointed that I recently brought in my Navigator for service under the warranty. Because we had a miscommunication about what was covered, we were disappointed that the repairs would cost so much. But, John, the service manager was not about to let us leave unhappy. He honored what we believed the warranty covered and the repair work was outstanding. I cannot tell you how pleased we are with their customer service. This dealership truly cares about their customers. I would recommend buying from them. I have bought 4 cars from Ogden and I have yet to be unhappy with their vehicles. Well done!! More

Ok I get that buying a used car is always a risk but it would be nice to have an honest dealership when you are a first time buyer and a women walking into the dealership by herself. I had seen this buick would be nice to have an honest dealership when you are a first time buyer and a women walking into the dealership by herself. I had seen this buick lacrosse online and it was everything I was looking for at the right price, I had verified with the salesman over the phone that this car infact was in great condition and had chrome wheels with no dents or imperfections, he told be that it did have chrome wheels and i could check the auto checker online. I had a long travel to the dealership and did not want to waste the trip if this car was not what it appered to be. When I got there I was informed "oops there is a small ding and few inperfections." then i took it for a test drive and when i thought i heard a noise the salesman started talking over me when i was trying to listen by saying "stop being paranoid, there is nothing wrong with this car." After returning to the dealership the salesman says, " I have never driven this car and do not know much about it." Ok so as a women i was not thinking about the chrome wheels because i was assured it had them so i was not paying attention until after the sale was completed that the tires had been switched out to alloy wheels, even though on the website it listed CHROME WHEELS in bold letters twice. The salesman tells me "to late, if you want a deal on chrome wheels i can look into that." I then asked how old is the tires and he tells me that they are the original tires that come with the car. So feeling like i had made a big mistake and did not play ball right with this dealership i proceed home feeling hopeless and dumb. After getting on the highway home i notice a slight shake and pull in the front of the car. Took it to goodyear and was told i was lucky I made it home on that tire because it is in sad shape and that the tires in the front where not even the same brand so there was no way these are the original tires. So I had to pay $300 for one tire if i wanted to drive safely. When calling back to the dealership I was told by the owner to go get the tire from goodyear and bring it to him at the dealership all the way in Chicago so he can take a look at it and he would decide from there what to do and as far the chrome wheels it was my fault for not picking that out before i signed the paperwork and that if i wanted a deal on new chrome wheels he can look into that but as of giving me chrome that it listed on the discription theres nothing he can do about that now and if i would have said something before i signed he just would not have sold me a car!!! Very rude and "WHAT!!!" I HAVE TO DRIVE THE BAD TIRE TO HIM SO HE CAN DECIDE WHAT HE WANTS TO DO ABOUT THE $300 I HAD TO PAY FOR A NEW ONE." oh and the car did not have much gas in it when he sold it to me nor was it cleaned inside and out, even though i told him 3 days prior that i would be up to finalize the sale, so he took it into the shop, washed the outside and filled up the antifreeze. Which was when i believe the tires were switched out. HMM.. you would think that washing the car would have been done before i got there and a full tank of gas would have been nice since I had a 2 1/2 hour drive home. The biggest slam is i still have a shake so i took it to tire tracks to have the tires balanced and rotated, at that point they show me that 3 of the wheels are bent from impact damage that was obviously done long before I ever bought the car and that this is a clear and cut case of the dealership screwing me by taking the good CHROME tires off and putting really bad tires on. Now the owner will not even take my phone call. Is this normal practice when they see a women by herslef walk into the dealership? If so, beware single ladies, you will get screwed!!! More
I bought a 2011 Lincoln MKX from Ogden Lincoln. I have to say this was by far the BEST used car buying experience I have ever had!! The sales person I worked with was Geoff Pebelske. He made the experience e say this was by far the BEST used car buying experience I have ever had!! The sales person I worked with was Geoff Pebelske. He made the experience extremely easy and pleasant! Being a female the whole car buying experience can be scary...He did not push or pressure me in any way. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was very informative. I told him the bottom price I was willing to pay and he came back 5 minutes later and said he could honor that price. It was not your typical used car experience where they bring back the big sales manager and he tries to strong arm you into making the purchase. There were a few spots on the car that I asked Geoff if they could buff out and without hesitation Geoff took care of it. He went above and beyond and had it professionally detailed for me inside and out. By the time it came back it looked brand new! I would recommend anyone I know to this dealership and to deal directly with Geoff! I LOVE my new Lincoln! It is truly a luxury vehicle and it drives like a dream!!! :) This is the first Lincoln I have ever owned and from this point on I can honestly say all of our future cars will be a Lincoln from Ogden Lincoln. They just earned a customer for life. More
I found a vehicle online at Ogden that met the criteria my mother was searching for. I was not able to be there in person but talked to the sales person, Jerry, before hand. Jerry was very good through the my mother was searching for. I was not able to be there in person but talked to the sales person, Jerry, before hand. Jerry was very good through the process, however the trade is why I am not recommending the dealer. We were trading a Lincoln Aviator with the highest trim level, I mentioned this and even sent an email describing the features of that trim. However, later I found out that they convinced my mother it was the base trim, of which they have no actual evidence for. Now whether they did this on purpose to offer a lower trade or just don't understand the trim levels of their own models, it's a negative on their part. I truly hope they were not trying to take advantage of her. Overall she is happy with the new car but this proves you cannot trust a dealer, no matter how good their reviews are. More
I was traveling and had my friend research a 1991 Jaguar XJS.Ogden had the auto and while my friend was the third party ,I was introduced after I returned and finally met Jerry Mangan .Every aspect of the c XJS.Ogden had the auto and while my friend was the third party ,I was introduced after I returned and finally met Jerry Mangan .Every aspect of the car was as claimed and his word is his bond.He repaired a defective part and made me a fair offer to purchase the auto. I had an appraiser evaluate the car and he was impressed as well. As you can imagine purchasing an auto sight unseen is risky ,but to my good fortune I met Jerry Magan through a third party and I am VERY happy with my low milage 91 XJS V-12 Jag. Thank You Jerry and wishing you continued success......Melvyn J.Davis More
I am a collector and owner of several automobiles. I was the lead in the purchase of a 1991 Jaguar V-12 XJS Convertible for my friend. In this car business you can deal with all types of characters. I'm s the lead in the purchase of a 1991 Jaguar V-12 XJS Convertible for my friend. In this car business you can deal with all types of characters. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. It was a pleasure to deal with Jerry. He was forthcoming in every way and that is unfortunately very rare in this business. Jerry made the process easy while answering and handling any concerns I had. We stayed in communication throughout the process and Jerry took care of everything he said he would. He is truly a man of integrity! Jerry, continue to use your "Gift". Thanks, Fred Mobley More

Our recent used car purchase at Ogden Lincoln was quite literally the very best car buying experience we've had. Our fully-paid-for family vehicle was totaled in an accident and not wanting a new car paym literally the very best car buying experience we've had. Our fully-paid-for family vehicle was totaled in an accident and not wanting a new car payment, we opted to purchase a replacement using only the insurance reimbursement funds. We met Jerry Mangan at Ogden Lincoln and found what we thought was truly the best deal in town. Jerry was more than pleasant while working with us through our unique purchasing circumstances. Knowing our budget and the price we had agreed to pay (we had a cashier’s check in hand), Jerry unselfishly suggested we take a look at another vehicle that had just come in, which was priced slightly lower than what we were expecting to pay. Thanks to Jerry's amazing customer focus, we actually purchased the lower priced vehicle which has worked out as well or better for our needs AND we put a few $$ in the bank! Our experience at Ogden Lincoln was fantastic for more than just the $$ saved. We were treated very well at every step of the process! Thanks Jerry - we'll see you again, for sure!! More
On March 14, 2012 I (Scott Payton) was contacted by Jake Lambert of Ogden Lincoln concerning a 2010 Ford Taurus SHO that I had shown interest in. This would be an out of state purchase, so getting as ma Lambert of Ogden Lincoln concerning a 2010 Ford Taurus SHO that I had shown interest in. This would be an out of state purchase, so getting as many details and pictures of the vehicle was essential. Jake complied with all requests and was available via phone/email at any given time. Jake and I talked via phone and email throughout a course of about two weeks concerning the purchase of the SHO. From the very beginning, I asked Jake to be totally honest about the condition of the vehicle. I didn't want to make the trip nor have it delivered under false pretenses. I stressed the "condition" of the car in several of those conversations including the day it shipped and he said it was in perfect condition..."I just got out of it and it runs, drives and looks great. No issues." As a used car I expected rock chips, small imperfections here and there. My concern was any substantial damage. The day the car is delivered to me (March 29,2012), the first thing I notice is the wheels had been swapped out to 19" and not the 20" it was advertised with. I immediately, before touching the car called Jake, and expressed my dissappointment. While on the phone with Jake, I found a dent in the roof and substantial damage to the rear bumper cover. He acted completely and totally surprised by the damage I was describing. He said, "damn carriers! It wasn't that way when it left here. There's no way, I wouldn't have noticed something like that." Yet somehow, he didn't notice that the wheels he had swapped out didn't match the ones that came off of it? Needless to say at this point, I'm concerned about what is going to transpire. The driver hands me the damage sheet and the rear bumper cover was noted. The roof damage was not. I signed it feeling as if I had no choice at that point. The car was mine and what was I to do other than hope that Jake and Ogden make this right, which Jake assured me that it would be taken care of. Jake had to talk to Brian (General Manager) and he'd get back asap. We corresponded over the next couple days and came to an agreement on the wheels. Ogden would reimburse me half the cost (775.00) of the optional 20" factory wheels that the car was advertised with. I was also told at this time that the body work would be fixed and that arrangements would be made at a local Ford dealer to do those repairs. I was asked to get an estimate from Bill Collins Ford in Louisville, Ky and fax it to Ogden, so the repairs can be arranged. On 4/3/2012 the car was taken to Bill Collins and the estimated repairs were faxed to Jake Lambert the same day. On 4/9/2012 I recieved an email from Jake informing me that the check for the wheel settlement had been sent. Also on the same date 4/9/2012 Jake sent me an email stating that Brian (Sales manager) said that the Bill Collins estimate was too high. I was asked at this point to take the car to Conns Body Shop to get another estimate. On 4/10/2012 I took the car to Conns Body Shop as requested. Additionally on the same date I took the car to Britt's Auto Collision and Lambrights Body Shop. These additional three estimates were faxed to Jake @ Ogden the same day 4/10/2012. As of today 4/18/2012, my wife and I both have made several attempts to conact either Jake and or Brian to resolve the body damage issue. Phone messages, calls to the dealership, texts and emails have been ignored. It is now currently May 21, 2012. After a Facebook post on Ogden's page, I was contacted to get yet another estimate from a chosen body shop (Highland Automotive). Still nothing. We have been blocked from their Facebook page and our calls, email, and texts are being ignored once again. More
