They handled my request with urgency and very friendly staff. I was in and out in an acceptable time and John went out of his way to show me a couple features on my F350 I didn't know existed. I actually changed service dealerships from Bob Sight in Lees Summit to Olathe Ford due to prior experiences and I own 5 cars which are now all serviced by this shop. Thanks! More

Quick Lane Scheduled Maintenance My Fusion Hybrid needed an oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter, and thorough inspection. I monitored the webcam and headed over when the line My Fusion Hybrid needed an oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter, and thorough inspection. I monitored the webcam and headed over when the lines were down to one vehicle in each lane. Brad estimated 1.5 hours, but the work was done in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Although I mentioned the cabin air filter upon arrival, Brad assured me that they would check it before replacing it, and then confirmed that it was quite full of pollen. The waiting room had coffee and WiFi to keep me awake and busy. More
