This is a nice place and has a hard working service department. The staff was very professional and provided shuttle service to and from my office. I just bought a used Ranger for my son. Over the years I have purchased 3 other cars at Olathe Ford and it has been many years since I have had service done anywhere else. Two years ago they also did major have purchased 3 other cars at Olathe Ford and it has been many years since I have had service done anywhere else. Two years ago they also did major body work to my Taurus after a collision. They have been wonderful to work with and we will be back for a new Escape this fall. More

I will never, ever, ever go back to Olathe Ford or recommend them to anyone. In fact, I tell people to stay as far away from them as possible. My husband was approved online through Ford Motor Credi recommend them to anyone. In fact, I tell people to stay as far away from them as possible. My husband was approved online through Ford Motor Credit for much more than the Explorer we wanted cost. Well, my Pontiac Aztek was on its last leg, so we decided to see if we might be able to get two vehicles. We went to Olathe Ford and told them what we were looking at doing. They looked at my husband's trade in and gave him the numbers. It looked like we were going to be able to get my vehicle too. Perusing the lot, we found a really nice Kia Sportage with low miles at an excellent price because of hail damage. Of course, they had to look at my Aztek to see what they could give me for trade in. They asked us to come back the next day at 5:00. My husband took time off work and made the 40 mile trip, only to find out that the salesperson was not there. Not only that, they sold the Kia. Now, I understand we didn't have a contract or a deposit on the Kia. However, they could have at least called to tell us it was sold and that the salesman was not going to be there. We were not even offered an apology. However, I guess I can thank Olathe Ford for their horrendous customer service because we ended up buying two beautiful SUVs at Bob Allen Ford where we received a far better trade in, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service. I first contacted Olathe Ford by email and I was pleased with their prompt response and competitive price.
