I know you have seen the commercials about “what service look’s like at Lincoln”, you know “Effortless Ownership”! Well, if that exists it is somewhere other than Olathe Lincoln! I have found them to requir look’s like at Lincoln”, you know “Effortless Ownership”! Well, if that exists it is somewhere other than Olathe Lincoln! I have found them to require extreme effort and service that falls way short of the other Luxury Car Dealerships. Had tires rotated but failed to switch tire pressure required. Have scheduled service only to have it canceled and rescheduled because of “system issues”. Poor to no communication on issues. Car returned with primary issues unresolved. I would avoid this dealership for any service. It’s simply too much effort for bad service! More

Don't bring your vehicle here if you need service other than routine maintenance. I brought 2 vehicles in 2 months. One SUV for a gas needle that doesn't represent how much fuel is in the tank but they cou than routine maintenance. I brought 2 vehicles in 2 months. One SUV for a gas needle that doesn't represent how much fuel is in the tank but they could "replicate" it. It's full of gas and the needle is at HALF TANK. This vehicle also had an OBVIOUS suspension problem they couldn't "replicate" that i figured out by googling, bought the parts and completed with a friend. Now our 2018 F150 is in for a warranty repair because the auto stop doesn't work. It's been in before for this reason. It's been there since 7am and they are "stumped" and won't be able to do diagnostics on it until tomorrow. What the F have they been doing all day? I guess profitable oil changes. Good for them. Won't be getting our 3 cars anymore. More
