Although I had an appointment the line was very long but to their credit, they checked everyone in quickly. The service employee that waited on me was very courteous. I had scheduled the shuttle which left to their credit, they checked everyone in quickly. The service employee that waited on me was very courteous. I had scheduled the shuttle which left w/o me. I must give credit to the ladies quickly scheduling Ubers for all the people that didn't make the shuttle. I was told on my previous visit that I needed new tires. The checkout sheet I received at checkout had tires checked and good. I don't know if that was an error or if they were just in a hurry due to having so many vehicles to work on in a short time. It was noted on my sheet that tires were one of the reasons for my visit; that wasn’t addressed until I was told my car was ready and I asked about the tires. All other needs and expectations were met. I’ve always been pleased with Olathe Ford’s service center, but I feel like they are outgrowing their space. It appears they do not have time to do a thorough job. I will take in consideration that this could have been an uncommonly over booked day. That is why I gave four stars. Text updates, photos, repair work updates would have been nice. Again, I go back to them being too busy. More
