Best car buying experience we have had. We were welcomed into the dealership from the first moment. Salesman (Craig Caster) was very knowledgeable of the model and options we wanted on the We were welcomed into the dealership from the first moment. Salesman (Craig Caster) was very knowledgeable of the model and options we wanted on the car. He searched nearby dealers to give us options. When we couldn't find the options we wanted, he suggested that we may want to order a car. We took the book home with us, selected the options we wanted, and the car was ordered in November 2018. We were kept up to date on the status of the order, which was very much appreciated. When the car arrived at the dealer, we were able to fill out the credit application online, so everything was ready for us when we arrived at the dealer. An appointment was scheduled with Craig, and he was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. We really appreciated the fact that we were able to sit in one room, for the finance person (Sam), and the option add on person (Steve) to come to us instead of us having to go to multiple rooms for discussions. Car A/C not working Check the car out, it also needed new tires, found the problem with the A/C, repaired it and also replaced the tires.
