Recall and convenience repair service I scheduled my MKZ for recall service and needed some convenience features to be serviced. The recalls were resolved quickly, and my trunk lid motor I scheduled my MKZ for recall service and needed some convenience features to be serviced. The recalls were resolved quickly, and my trunk lid motor was replaced since it was killing my battery overnight. Also my heated steering wheel was reprogrammed to work correctly. Mike was able to check me in in the morning and kept me in the loop throughout the day until the car was ready to be picked up. Mike's service was exceptional. More
